Return Policy

Since we are a consignment shop, all in-store sales are final. All online sales have 14 days to mail back or return the item in store if it does not work. Items must be in the condition received; no odors (cigarette or animal) and with original tag attached. We try to triple check everything to make sure we are selling excellent used condition items. All Clearance items are excluded from returns, final sale only.

Return Policy

If there is a problem, it will be noted in the item description & be reflected in the price. If an item is received defected or damaged, you have 14 days from the time of package arrival to bring it to our knowledge. Item must be brought back to the store front for a refund or you pay the shipping to ship back to us & we will refund you the cost of the item. Shipping cost is not refunded.
